CAMPUS ADMINISTRATION
Campus Admin Coordinator

Support the Campus Admin-In-Charge in day-to-day operations and execution of ministry initiatives

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
IT Manager
Position Overview
Grace AG is seeking an experienced IT Manager that will oversee the church’s information technology operations, ensuring reliable systems, secure networks, and effective digital tools that support ministry, administration, and outreach. This role manages a team of IT staff, and leads projects that enhance organizational efficiency, compliance, and church members’ engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise and mentor IT staff and outsourced persons, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented culture.
- Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational values.
- Coordinate IT support for staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders.
Infrastructure & Network Support
- Maintain and optimize the church’s network, servers, and hardware.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery systems are in place.
- Oversee IT asset management and procurement.
Software & Systems Management
- Support and enhance existing software platforms, including:
- Customer Management System (iCMS) on Odoo (Python-based).
- Learning Management System (LMS) for staff and congregation training.
- Productivity tools (Microsoft 365, collaboration apps).
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve ministry effectiveness.
Project and Contracts Management
- Lead IT-related projects such as:

- Core team member of the ABM working committee and serve as secretariat and liaison for the IT Sub-Committee of the Executive Church Board

- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

Position Overview
Grace AG is seeking a dedicated and skilled Systems Analyst to support and enhance the church’s IT systems and digital infrastructure. This role involves analyzing business and ministry needs, improving system efficiency, and ensuring reliable technology services that support church operations, events, and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead IT-related projects such as Customer Management System (iCMS) on Odoo (Python-PostgreSQL based)
- Collaborate with ministry and operations teams to align IT solutions with organisational goals
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for cost-effectiveness, service quality, compliance, and SLA performance
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendor to ensure projects meet timelines and objectives
- Assist in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Collate requests for enhancement and propose system upgrades of iCMS to Leadership for approval
Software & Systems Management
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve ministry effectiveness
- Develop applications to support and enhance iCMS’ impact
Strategy, Compliance & Governance
- Contributing member of the Annual Business Meeting (ABM) Committee, assisting with vendor coordination for ABM system requirements

GRACE MISSIONS
Country Directors
Responsibilities
- Direct and align all missions works to GM’s strategic thrust in various project focuses, develop strategies and plans for both short-term and long-term missions programmes
- Provide leadership, planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of all GM-directed missions works in the assigned provinces, cities and/or countries
- Liaise and manage existing and new partnership programmes with local and overseas missions partners, churches/denominations, and parachurch organisations/agencies
- Manage the operations of GM’s missions works in the assigned area, including leading in online/onsite missions trips, supervisory trips, training trips, and exploratory trips
- Recommend and submit new project initiatives, oversee successful project implementation and accountability
- Prepare, manage and monitor the annual missions budget and workplan, ensure the goals and objectives are met
