Campus Admin Coordinator

• Support the Campus Admin-In-Charge in day-to-day operations and execution of ministry initiatives
• Assist in planning, organising and executing campus events and local camps
• Assist in planning, scheduling and recording minutes of various monthly campus meetings, follow-up and track updates on key action plans
• Support Grace Groups Administration (First Time Guest assignments, attendance updates, leader appointments)
• Co-ordinate with congregation pastors and ministry staff to ensure efficient and effective processes/ workflows
• Assist in tracking and providing campus and congregation data for regular management reporting
• Manage campus office administration, pantry supplies, and inventories (e.g., communion emblems, special service gifts, café supplies)
• Assist with church wide events such as Annual Business Meetings, special weekend services and special projects such as church retreats, governance, compliance, and PDPA matters

• Handle pastoral administrative support for life milestones: newborn gifts, wellness gifts, wreaths, and staff notifications for funerals, hospitalisations, and newborns
• Organise water baptism and membership services; prepare certificates and maintain membership records

• Oversee weekend and event logistics, including altar trolley preparation and First Time Guest hospitality
• Coordinate wedding venue bookings, site walkthroughs, logistics, and related finance matters

• Assist in tracking and managing Campus budgets (annual and reforecast), variances and reimbursement
• Provide admin support for congregation pastors’ and ministers’ claims

• Someone who is responding to a full-time ministry call, willing to serve on weekends
• Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field
• Dependable, positive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• A strong team player with a servant’s heart
• Excellent communication skills, especially minutes writing

IT Manager

Position Overview

Grace AG is seeking an experienced IT Manager that will oversee the church’s information technology operations, ensuring reliable systems, secure networks, and effective digital tools that support ministry, administration, and outreach. This role manages a team of IT staff, and leads projects that enhance organizational efficiency, compliance, and church members’ engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise and mentor IT staff and outsourced persons, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented culture.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational values.
• Coordinate IT support for staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders.

Infrastructure & Network Support

• Maintain and optimize the church’s network, servers, and hardware.
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery systems are in place.
• Oversee IT asset management and procurement.

Software & Systems Management

• Support and enhance existing software platforms, including:
  1. Customer Management System (iCMS) on Odoo (Python-based).
  2. Learning Management System (LMS) for staff and congregation training.

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve ministry effectiveness.

Project and Contracts Management

• Lead IT-related projects such as:
  1. Annual Business Meeting (digital systems, AV support, online participation).
  2. Implementation and upgrades of iCMS, LMS, and other platforms.
  3. Compliance initiatives (e.g., Personal Data Protection Act – PDPA).
• Collaborate with ministry and operations teams to align IT solutions with organizational goals.

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for cost-effectiveness, service quality, compliance, and SLA performance.

Strategy, Compliance & Governance

• Core team member of the ABM working committee and serve as secretariat and liaison for the IT Sub-Committee of the Executive Church Board
• Ensure organisation-wide practices comply with PDPA and other relevant regulations.
• Develop and enforce data privacy and cybersecurity policies.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
• Manage and monitor annual IT budgets, expenses and variances.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT management experience, preferably in non-profit or service-oriented organizations.
• Proven or preferred experience with Odoo (Python), LMS platforms, and enterprise systems.

Project Management

• Develop applications to support and enhance iCMS’ impact

Strategy, Compliance & Governance

• Contributing member of the Annual Business Meeting (ABM) Committee, assisting with vendor coordination for ABM system requirements
• Ensure iCMS data collection complies with PDPA and other relevant regulations
• Enforce data privacy and cybersecurity policies on iCMS
• Participate in regular audits and risk assessments

Data Management and Reporting

• Manage and maintain data integrity across systems

Country Directors

Responsibilities

• Direct and align all missions works to GM’s strategic thrust in various project focuses, develop strategies and plans for both short-term and long-term missions programmes
• Provide leadership, planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of all GM-directed missions works in the assigned provinces, cities and/or countries
• Liaise and manage existing and new partnership programmes with local and overseas missions partners, churches/denominations, and parachurch organisations/agencies
• Manage the operations of GM’s missions works in the assigned area, including leading in online/onsite missions trips, supervisory trips, training trips, and exploratory trips
• Recommend and submit new project initiatives, oversee successful project implementation and accountability
• Prepare, manage and monitor the annual missions budget and workplan, ensure the goals and objectives are met
• Plan and write training curriculum, teach and conduct training for missions partners, church planters, missions workers, and/or missions trippers

Requirements

Chinese Worship Pastor 中文敬拜团牧师

• Lead, direct, and manage the Worship team for Chinese Ministry, pursuing the strategic vision of the Church and furthering the Kingdom of God.
